The Amphenol commercial coolpower LCC 17 series D-sub connector adopts high current,
high-performance Amphenol coolband contact technology, and has the familiar combined
D-sub connector shape and function. It is designed for typical high current applications
where the combined D-sub connector has insufficient current handling capacity. The
coolpower LCC 17 series carries 55 amps per power contact and 5 amps per signal contact.
The LCC 17 series is designed with the same front and rear housing and has the mounting
characteristics of standard D-sub connectors. On PCB, panel or cable assembly, LCC 17
series can be completely interchanged. This design allows users to upgrade to higher
performance solutions without expensive redesign. Amphenol commercial coolpower
LCC 17 series D-sub connectors are ideal for network, telecom, wireless, amplifier,
industrial, medical, military / aerospace high current power and distribution applications.
